We have published a list of VIPs (Heads of State, Heads of Government and National Olympic Committee ‘Honoured Guests,’ who may be representatives of Heads of State or Heads of Government) who are attending the Olympic Opening Ceremony tonight.  This list does not include HM The Queen, or members of The Royal Family.
